Obviously you cannot continue to run your car off the battery cause without the alternator it will die but when the battery dies and the car is running off of it will that ruin the car at all. What's the worst that can happen when running your car off the battery?

 

Not sure of the year, some electrical things might get damaged. Then depending on how many times you do this the battery could take a beating as well.
