Am I Missing a Splash Guard?

Here's a photo of my just-bought 2001 EX with V6. This is the right front wheel well, and I think there should be a plastic splash guard to keep road spray off the serp. belt. Am I correct?

yes you are correct

definitely missing some plastic.

Thanks. I also noticed the right half of the front plastic bellypan is gone. Does the bellypan include my missing side section?

It looks like the front splash shield (#5) protects the belts. Stop by a junkyard and get one for much less than a new one.
