hey guys, im new to the whole forum thing. I have a 2001 honda accord 4cyl f23a1 with an automatic tranny on it. I want to switch it to a manual but idk the first thing about all the components that im going to need and how much they will cost and where to get them either. If anyone could give me a list of the items ill need to switch it to a manual tranny, how much they'd cost and where i might be able to get them, i would greatly appreciate it.

 

Are you sure you are up to this.....might be a better option to sell your auto and buy a car with a manual.......long list of parts, time, money.......just IMHO

but im a curious person as to what it would take to do it and how much it would cost. any info. about it would help

 

just search auto to manual transmission swap. The list of parts has been posted a number of times on the forum. Your car will be similar with the added bonus of having to get the keys programmed to work with your manual transmission PCM.
