Automatic driving lights

I purchased a used Honda Accord LX 2007. Our other two cars have driving lights that go on automaticlly when the car is started. Is there a setting that allows the same thing on the Accord?

check on the wiper lever there should be a switch on the end of it

running lights or head light? my DRLs or on after i let off the parking brake.
