I have 99 accord coup iv tryed 2 different fobs neither will program after repeated attempts and checking battery disconnecting and reconnecting the car battery iv checked all fuses and had fobs checked at auto parts store. Took it to the Honda dealer who informed me it would be 100$ an hr to run a diagnostic and that don't garonte the problem will be found....can you help?

 

Are you just trying to program the fob, or do you mean that you can not get the key to start the car?

What procedure are you doing to program the fobs?
