Default Blinker problem on 04 Accord Sedan.

I am trying to track down a problem that I am having on my wife's Accord.

The blinkers on front and back have stopped working on the driver's side. When you tip the stalk to turn on the driver's side blinkers the arrow in the cluster doesn't even come on. Another thing I have noticed is that when I hit the hazard button only the passenger side lights come on. I have swapped the lights in the tail blinkers and it is not the lights (at least in back). I haven't done anything in the front because I either have to go in through the fender well or take the battery and airbox out to get to the blinker.

Possibly a bad turn signal/hazard relay located in the driver's side under dash fuse/relay box.
