Thats the thing I can't figure out. I don't have any bubbles or extremely tight coolant lines. No bubbling of my coolant reservoir or inside radiator. I am going to check the voltage on the TPS and see what it says.

When I had problems w/ my 94EX, I confirmed my suspicion of head gasket leak (missing on hot start) by pulling plugs (water on 1 plug) and turning engine over (water spary out of spark plug hole).

If you're losing coolant and can't account for it w/ external leaks, then head gasket is likely. Make sure you don't have heater core leaks, heater hose leaks, IACV heater hose leaks, and other small utility coolant lines.

good luck

I switched the MAP sensor for a known good one and set the TPS to .45. None of those worked. It did good today until a couple of hot starts finally got it to sputter and my friend confirmed it. A leak down test this weekend will verify.
