Exclamation Brake lights constantly on???/

Ok, i have a 95 honda accord ex, and i went outside and noticed my brake lights were on.
I tried pushing the brake a few times, but it did nothing.
Anyone else have that problem?

look at the brake pedal where the brake switch plunger comes out to see if the rubber plug is missing,, .. if so , it is about 3 dollars from the dealer ,
, if plug is there could have a faulty brake switch ..unplug it and see if lites go off
