buzz around 1950 to 2050 rpm

I have 1997 accord ex 4D 4cyl got it as a gift its not to bad only problem is that buzz when I accelerate if I keep it at 1950 rpm buzz will stay there forever. Heard I can get a buzz kit? Possibly the heat shield?
