A/C Low Idle 94 LX
I haven't found any threads on here in regards to this issue, but I have heard some 5th gen Accord owners have the same issue sometimes. And with summer just around the corner, I thought it'd be about time to nip this in the bud.
Whenever I turn the A/C on (it's set to the outside air setting), it does blow out cool air, but I see a dramatic loss of power when I'm idling, to the point of almost stalling out. When I'm in gear though (usually 2nd gear) it seems to work properly. It does get a little annoying having to turn the A/C off whenever I'm at a stop sign or red light, lol.
Could it be a fuse issue?
No CEL codes come up.

Sounds like the idle-control system isn't set up correctly. The AC switching on & off is one of the more difficult things for idle-control.
Check out the DIY section for a post on setting the "BASE IDLE".
If there's something actually wrong with the AC:
- excessive restriction in the expansion valve?
- overcharge with refrigerant?
- failing compressor with excessive drag?
then the idle-control problem might be an early-warning of that AC problem.
