I have an 06 Honda Accord a/c blows cold on the passenger side but not on drivers side unless sitting still, blows cold on passenger side whether still or moving. seems there maybe an air diversion problem maybe but both sides will blow hot air if heater is turned on....any help would be appreciated.

 

Do your windows work?
Take out the AC, dead weight, space.
Also, I think the heat would still go on both sides regardless if AC does.
