Probably the balancer shaft seal. Years ago, Honda sent out letters to have a retainer installed and replaced the seal as necessary. It usually is the only seal that will cause the big sudden leak on the 5th gen and some 6th gen Accord 4 cylinders.

Refer to the technical service bulletin (tsb) above. I didn't add the "www" as live links are not allowed on this forum. Refer to the bulletin, and you should be able to readily see the area where the leak is coming from.

Oh snaps. I just re-read your original post. It said a bad leak from the passenger side. Hmmm...

I am so use to the major leak from the balancer shaft seal.

if it leaks on pass side , it is NOT,,,,,,,,, neither the cam nor the balancer shaft seal.......

is leak coming from top?? if so, could be valve cover gasket,, distr o-ring, v-tec solenoid seal
if from below, could be,, pan gasket, rear main seal,,

Passenger side in USA? Passenger side in UK? Erah doesn't say where he is located.

Cam seal would leak roughly below the external drive belts (alternator, AC, PS).
