Im not going to spin the front end of the car up to 65 mph on the jacks to prove to myself that its the exact issue that everybody concurs... terrifying

Lololz

Wheel bearing noise, i agree. Would be any time its moving and worse in corners. Not it.

Rumble? Isnt that the definition of a vibration? It shakes the front of the car side to side. Before i got the tires balanced, it was doing a death wobble and thrashing the steering wheel about 1/4 inch at same speeds. Now no more steering wheel thrash.

My bad, to me a definition of rumble would be a rolling sound not a vibration ,but yeah if you define rumble as a vibration it would not wheel bearings
I would have to be inclined on inner cv joints issue

Without hearing the noise it is hard to give you good information. You mention both bad CV and Intermediate Shaft Carrier Bearing. Are there any signs of issues. Torn or new CV boots. Carrier Bearing with an oily substance on it. I have been lucky with CV joints being bad as the boot was either recently changed or torn.
