Cannot get crank pulley off

That is a zoomed in/close up shot. If you go to TouringAccord's original writeup there are two pic's. one a bit further back showing the car on stands. Also the bar holding the crank pulley, is "wedged" to the ground...can almost see it in this version of the pic.....Thanks again to TouringAccord.
