Default Car won't move in drive

Hello, I started my car this morning and it seemed like it didn't want to go very fast. It would only go to about 40mph and so I pulled over and it would barely move again. I recently had my radiator, theupper and lowerradiator hoses, and the fan assembly replaced, but I'm not sure as to whether or not that would cause my problem or not. I have a 95 Accord LX 4cyl automatic. I had my transmission done about 6 months ago and I am wondering if it is a transmission problem or maybe my drive belts. If anyone can give me so help on to what it might be it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

what happens when you get to the top speed? do you get your RPM revved up?

Also - did you replace transmission ? New or used ?

I replaced the transmission and I hope it was new because I paid $1400. Yes the Rpm would rev up but the car would not accelereate. Thanks.

Would needing a tune-up cause the acceleration problem?

sounds like you might have another tranny issue,if you accell and the rpm go up but car does not move, sounds like slippage , By the way 1400 dollars total, will not get you a new tranny NOT even a reman tranny , for that price they most likely installed a used tranny
