Default Cb7 h22 chronicle bottom end/ clutch maintenance "throwout bearing"

The car runs great
Recently changed distributor o ring. And have inner dizzy seal.

But todays a matter of the exterior bottom end and clutch

I have put together many parts for bottom end over all general rebuild of sorts :

Cap rotor
Plugs (copper ngk)
Ngk wires
Crank pulley
Oil pan / gasket
Downpipe
I have a complete gates timing kit with the hydralic tensioner

The most pressing being the need to get a clutch kit and flywheel as I believe the o ring leak contaminated the clutch/flywheel. The big issue now is my throwout bearing(TOB) is making bunch of wobbly noise and i feel it in the pedal through its travel as well as while applying minimum force on clutch pedal . Whats its condition might you guess? and can I do just the throw out bearing or should I just do it all together? I want to do a stage 2 clutch with 10lb flywheel. Ive had a TOB seize during a 2nd gear pull in a 1.5 first gen crx. It wasnt pretty. Kaboom! Dont want that happening to this daily driver

This engine has the manual tensioner conversion which looks like it was done right except for where the spring attaches to from the deadbolt in the block to the pulleys flat shim. "See picture"
IIRC this engine has the spring connected to the long "beam shaped bore " versus the smaller hole below it.

Any thoughts about the tensioner? Clutch solution? Do timing waterpump as well?
Should all of this work be done all at once for example "because im down there? I think I do most of the timing stuff in the car as I was down there recently but i would think the mount would have to be removed more or less

The spring is installed correctly. That slot is to install a bolt to hold the tensioner in place. I'd do the water pump too. If that pump seizes up, then you will break the belt. It is cheap insurance to install a new water pump.

I'd do the whole clutch job at the same time, because it is only a few more steps to install the clutch and flywheel when you are in there.

So the tensioner pictured is correct? Because the spring on my engine goes from block dead bolt to the curved oval shape.
Sweet. I may if i get clutch flywheel by mid next week it can go in by weekend

I figure because I do mostly daily driving with occasional/seldom pulls past 6k
Is this my best bet? Reputable brand and flywheel included?amazing price.
What should I do. I like to budget build but refuse to purchase inferior mechanical parts
