You will have to do some testing to figure out the actual problem.

The common diy thread on top of the general tech help forum has a link to online shop manuals. You can download a pdf of the 1994 Accord manual. It will provide the 12 volt power and ground sources for the cruise control.

Is the check engine light on in your car when driving? Does the cruise control light on the gauge cluster turn on when you set the cruise control.

Hi Pahonda,

thank you for the suggestion, I'm going to look for the manual you said. I turn the CC on the panel button, but when I push the steering wheel button nothing happens, neither does the control panel light come on. I find it very strange.

Oi PAhonda,

muito obrigado pela sugestão, vou procurar o manual que você disse. Eu aciono o CC no botão do painel, mas quando aperto no botão do volante nada acontece, nem a luz do painel de controle acende. acho muito estranho.

Does your speedometer work?
The cruise control requires a good signal from the transmission to the speedometer. If that signal isn't working, the CC will behave like you are describing.
