Cd/aux not working

Default Cd/aux not working
I inserted the Cd ,it's loading inside but some noise comes not playing out. Do help me on this issue , what is the format of cd player 2007 Accord.

Is this a factory set up?

I have not had an issue loading "mp3" files to a CD and playing them, there might be other formats it will play
