Default CEL & D4 light codes what do they mean please

Hello!

Thanks for viewing my post. Hope this is the correct section for this post.

1994 Honda Accord DX Automatic. 2.2

Getting these codes:

Check engine light

15 : Ignition output signal missing or defective ignition output signal

9 : CYP Sensor (cylinder) defective circuit or unplugged

D4 light

Then I get 1 long and 4 short however my key for the codes doesn't go up to 14?

Just replaced a fuel pump fixed my problem for a day...

any wisdom on this be be greatly appreciated Thanks!

15 and 9 from the CEL suggest an issue in the dist....most of the time replacement is needed.

The 14 from the D4 suggests a bad TCM.

Testing is key with anything. Do you have a volt meter to verify what needs to be replaced?
