Okay well if thats all there is to cleaning the crossover passages then I was able to do it fine with a regular piece of stiff bailing type wire. As it turns out, none of my ports or passages were particularly bad to the point of clogging. I did clear out some carbon buildup so probably better than it was I suppose.
After my J-B Weld hardens in the holes I drilled through my plugs I'll replace the plugs back into their manifold holes and call it done.
Next I'm probably gonna remove the EGR valve and check out the carbon buildup situation, if any, underneath it. I have a new gasket for it so might as well.
