Default clutch + alarm problem

'94 aerodeck 2.2i es rhd

hi,
any help on the following would be fantastic!

clutch:
my clutch pedal feels weak and has no resistance until it is nearly at the floor (last inch or two). ive checked the fluid reservoir which is low and i will top up immediately, on inspecting the piston at the rear of the pedal it seems to have been leaking slightly from the rubber seal. would topping up be futile in the long run? do i need a whole new master cylinder? or can i just purchase new seals if needed?

alarm:
i recently noticed that my alarm system seems to function normally (is triggered as it should be-lights flash) but there is no sound whatsoever. any clues?

thanks in advance.

I would recommend replacing the clutch master and slave cylinders, if you replace one the other usually goes out.
