I can' move the car cuz it won't let me get out of gear please help I was told it's my clutch master cylinder, help me

Did you bleed the clutch to remove any air from the system?

Yes I tried bleeding it but it felt the same way my brother said that everytime I press the clutch he can hear a noise coming from the clutch master cylinder but I don' see any signs of leaks

Check the push-rod from the pedal to the MC, any couplings, anything to see what the noise is. The noise may be related or not, you don't know until you find the noise.

Pump the pedal without opening the bleed valve. Does the throw-out lever move?

MC may be bad, the piston-seals can leak back into the reservoir without leaking OUT.
