Ihave a 92 accord wagon.. when i press clutch padel the it does not come all the way back up it come about 3/4 way up then stays there for a bit then comes up or (pop up) . my ? is itthe pressure plate or slave/master cylinder.

 

Vacuum bleed it if you can, if not, a regular bleed like bleeding brakes.
