Default Clutch problem

Hello, new member here. Just bought a 96 accord for my daughter. Got a great deal but the clutch is not working. The hydraulics seem to be good. We bled the clutch first thing. I can see the fork moving in and out when the pedel is pressed. The problem is the clutch will not engage.
Question;
Do I want to replace it myself? I've done quite a bit of car repair including pulling engines. I would have to do it at my friends shop where it's parked.
Should I have it towed to a shop and let them take care of it?
I don't mind tackling it if it's not a major headache.

The transmission has to come out, and that will be the biggest headache IMO. I would get a shop manual to look at the details. Since you have pulled engines, the transmission might look like a simple task.

I don't think that the clutch iteself is too bad, but I spent the money (~600 or 800) to have a shop do mine.
