We have a 1996 Honda Accord V6. I'm hoping someone has heard or seen a car do this before and can maybe help me diagnose this. Here's what the car did yesterday:

RPM & Speedometer started bouncing around erratically

All interior lights and controls went out.

Blinker quit working, would buzz if turned on.

Car would not accelerate normally, it was almost like it was happening in slow motion. But, it would go in reverse just fine.

When I turned it off and back on it was completely dead.

1-1/2 hours later it started just fine but had all the same problems.

Shut it off and was dead again.

Jumped and started but car was locked in park, had to use key to get it out of park.

When backed up to put on tow truck it died again.

Is now sitting in my driveway.
