Condenser fan runs at will kills battery

There's a fan switch at the nozzle for the upper radiator hose. Unplug it to see if that makes the fan stop. If so, replace that switch.
Still, there's a fan-timer module that should turn off the fan, EVEN IF that switch is stuck. That timer module is located somewhere under the dash, but I never owned a '96 so not real sure where.
I'll move this to General Tech where it belongs. If this results in a long detailed write-up, I'll move it back.
