So, that probably was the problem all along. I didn't initially mentioned to directly check the radiator fan motor, since it was mentioned it worked before.

 

That's alright, it was a great learning experience for me. It really did work not too long ago. Is it common for these fan motors to fail? I am just wondering if I would be better off swapping from the other car or trying to find a new one. Thanks again!

 

Only after many years, then the motor may fail. But, for the most part, the fan motor themselves last a long time.

 

I swapped the motors today, both fans work fine so far.
