Default Controls on stearing wheel stopped working. Horn works

I have a 2006 Honda accord. The controls on the steering wheel stopped working. Is there possibly a fuse for this to check? I have looked in the manual but do not see anything specific for the cruise control or the radio controls on the steering wheel.

I think fuses would be for the audio, or for cruise-control, etc not for the steering wheel.

Does the horn work? It might be the clockspring connector which makes all the wiring connections to the steering wheel. Search "clockspring" I'm pretty sure you'll find something on that. You do have to be careful about the airbag in the steering wheel, so look for some instructions.

You could also check wiring connections in the steering column that connect whichever functions have stopped. But if they ALL stopped, the clockspring seems like the common point.
