Coolant leak, backside of motor, passenger side
Hey everybody, happy holidays. I have a 1992 Accord lx 2dr 5spd, f22a1 motor, and a couple days ago after running for a bit, i turned it off and it spilled out most of the antifreeze in the car, only its not leaking from anywhere near the radiator. It's coming from the backside of the motor on the passenger side. The car did not overheat, and the coolant level was just fine. Now it really only leaks when the car is hot, and the amount it leaks is random. Any thoughts on what this might be and how to possibly take care of myself would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, all>

There are short 'transfer' hoses hooked up in that area.
I suggest an inspection mirror and a strong flashlight to look at the under side of the hoses for coolant trails.
When coolant evaporates it leaves a light green residue.

I'm a 'newbie' here as well as to computers, but not to cars. Sounds to me as if you've got a heater/bypass hose problem (old and soft or brittle) and/or clamp(s) needing tightening &/or replacing.
