Default Coolant leak Passenger side

I have a very bad coolant leak, that ends up dripping on the transmission. Both the radiator hoses are fine. So I was thinking this could be leaking somewhere from the thermostat to the block? Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on something else that can be leaking. It's very bad I have to add a gallon of antifreeze after a short drive.

You can usually rent a radiator pressure tester from most parts stores. You want to find the source of the leak. The radiator should hold about 16 psi.

The leak can be from anywhere.

If your leak is as bad as you describe, the leak should be pretty obvious. Do this when the engine is cold and you should be able to find where coolant is dripping from.

Good luck.
