cooling fan not on at idle for 93 accord

Unplug that connector. Grab a thin paperclip. Bend it in a U shape. Stick the ends in the two slots on the electrical connector. As soon as you start the car, the fans should turn on.

FYI, that switch is #14 in the diagram below:

OK, shorted out the connector and both fans come on at ignition, sweet! Does this prove that temp switch A is my problem?

Almost 100%, the only thing would be sure that the coolant is properly blead.

It was easier to bleed than I thought it was going to be. With temp switch shorted, the cooling fan now runs. Thanks to you all for the replies and really good info. Much appreciated!
