Years ago on here someone had the brakes done at a repair shop and they changed the Honda Recessed rotor bolt with a standard bolt and it kept the wheel from being flush to the rotor and caused a major vibration. When did the issue start?
Hmm, good you asked, about 4 month ago I did a brake rotor and brake pad change myself with autozone's "duralast gold" pads and rotor, because a year ago I've done the most stupid thing in my life and went to "Just Brakes" for a $100 "complete brake job", and the brake haven't been performing normal till I did the job myself.

Everything has been normal till two weeks ago that I noticed a significant vibration across all speed ranges.

I didn't have a torque wrench when I changed the rotor and pads but now I got a proper one along with impact wrench so I can take everything apart and do a better inspection this weekend and then give a update of my findings.

Unless someone replaced the bolts that hold the rotor to the hub with bolts that aren't flush with the rotor you should be fine. If this happened you would know immediately someone was wrong. I would jack up the car(and jack stands) and with grab the tire top and bottom and see if there is any free play.

Okay, whew, problem solved thanks to all you guys help..

I switched the front/rear tires and the vibration problem was completely gone on the steering wheel, so it must be the tires/rim combination that's causing the vibration at all speed ranges...

Now I gotta return the axles and get some new tires and maybe get rims checked out

Then your issue may be something other than a half shaft.
