CV joint problem can some one help
I have a 95 LXwagon and I can't get the joint out if the trans (P side) it is a auto trans I can get it to move about 1/2" and then it stops I have try a slide hammer with (OTC CV remover tool) with no help
is there something that I'm missing I'm not new at repearing cars was in the import trade for 15yr and got out in 1989

the only thing that i have ever used is a big screwdriver to pop it out of the tranny,,, you might want to use 2 big screwdrivers or pry bars , 1 on each , opposite side of the inner joint .. let us know if that helps

the screw driver thing did not work I had tryed that before my post but I did find something too work and that is to take a large washer that would fit
in too the inner housing and fit my slide hammerwith two nuts took two vice grips (7R) and clamped them in the inner joint (axel removed so you just have the housing)so that you can get a strate pull on the joint the problem with my joint was that it had sized up on the diff housing not the splines
but I do have a question about the diff dose it use the same oil as the trans ( no oil came out after I got the housing out )or dose it use gear oil

there is no separate oil for the differantial , it is lubricated by trany fluid your car being an auto tranny use Honda ATF-Z1 ..
Unless tranny has been overfilled or car is at a slant no tranny fluid should come out when you pop out the axle
