okay so let me explain the symptoms its having, whenever my car is cool and try starting it, it seems like its having a hard time to start. the check engine light is on also. when i keep turning it on and off. the the check engine light will disappear. then when i was driving the check engine light would come on, and i noticed it felt like it could not stay on. the rpm cant go pass about 3k. then id repeat turning it on and off. it would be fine. also i could here like a short or something behind my cluster. supposedly my relay??? idk any idea what this leads too?!?! please help. btw this is on a 95 accord non v.

 

Check for engine and transmission computer codes. Read the thread called how to get CEL codes in the DIY section. Post the codes on here.
