Default Dashboard Warning Lights went on,after window power regulator replacement

After i replaced the window power regulator on the passenger side ,Honda accord 2001 v6 ex,Dashboard Warning Lights went on(including check engine light srs,tsl ...) and now i can only lock the car mechanically but my window power regulator works fine but the dashboard warning light are constantly on .I checked the fuses and and the connectors to the power window modulator and they were fine.I removed the door panel again and check all the connection again. The car head lights are on only with the ignition key turn on .Any ideas?

Passenger side under-dash Fuse No. 13 (7.5A) is most likely blown.
