My 2013 accord had fog light replaced at dealer because of broken mount bracket. Prior to changing in the daytime we have lights set on auto and fog light switch turned on. With this setting in the daylight both running and fog light dash light indicator were lit up as well as both running and fog lights were on. Now since the repair things light up differently. Want all to know this is only a daytime issue. Now since repair headlight set on auto and fog lights in on position we do not have dash light indicators on nor are the fog lights on. Only daytime running lights on in the day. As soon as it's dark headlights,dash indicators and fog lights come on. Guestion would be in daytime should dash indicators and fog lights be on if in a daytime running light situation.

 

Fog lights are not supposed to be on when daytime running lights are on.

For the other difference, it is possible the auto light sensitivity was changed from the previous setting.

Automatic Lighting Control
When you turn the light switch to AUTO, the headlights and other exterior lights will switch on and off automatically depending on the ambient brightness.

You can change the auto light sensitivity setting.

Fog Lights
When the fog lights are on, the indicator in the instrument panel will be on.

They go off when the headlights turn off, or when the daytime running lights are on.
