May be a stupid question, but I noticed that my '04 Accord does not have a gas flap. Is it supposed to have one or did it fall off at some point into the gas tank, and I am just now catching it?


Also, if it did fall off into the tank will this cause any future problems?
Will it still pass E-Check (in state of Ohio) with not gas flap?
