Hurray!!! I found a newer post on how to do the programming and this one works for me:

How to Program Factory Honda Acura Remote Key Fobs: 10 Steps

saved me some bucks. So everything works great except the rear driver's side window. I will take the panel off and see if I by mistake left something unplugged and post back if I get any good results or to let anyone reading this post know how it all ended up.

Hope this thread helps someone else too.

Best Regards!!!

Somehow I missed the "newer" posts here but it sounds like you have it figured out.

With the panel off, hope you find an easy fix. If not be sure to test the motor while there. Also, haven't seen this on the newer Accords but some of the older ones had an issue where the "connector plug" in the door jam would work loose.

Default Battery Reset worked for me

Was having the issue with the FOB not unlocking the driver door. Horn would not beep on the second key FOB click as well. Performed the battery disconnct reset and like magic the car responds to the FOB. Had already just replaced the actuator which did not fix the problem. 2005 V6 sedan.

Have you tried a fresh battery in the key fob?
How about the other things earlier in this thread?

It seems you will have to get a new master switch if you feel you have exhausted all options

Are you taking about the part that receives the signal from the fob? If so it's the master switch. The part on the driver side with all the window buttons.
