Hey whats up guys, i am changing my drive axels on my 89 honda accord. I have changed drive axels before, just not on a honda, is there anything in specific i should look out for, or are they just pretty much like any other axel>
We did the drive axle on my accord (92) this weekend. Actually, my brother and law and friend did it and I watched. Took about 30 minutes at the most. It seemed quick and fairly straight forward - of course they knew what they were doing.
Good luck with it!

Just be sure that you don't grab ahold of one end of it and just start pulling to get it to pop out of the tranny (after it's out of the wheel hub etc...) you can screw some things up pretty good if you just start yanking.... best bet is a thin prybar or screwdriver inbetween the tranny and the axle and you'll hear/feel a "pop" when it's free, then you can just slide it out
