Driver Side Door Handle Loose

The driver side door handle is loose, on the lock side of the handle.

Is there a fix for this not requiring removal of the inside door panel?

Nope. According to the FSM, the only way in is thru the removal of the inner door panel. Having the window up will make access easier to the handle.

is this the lock on the inside of the door or outside?
