Default ECU reset

I tried searching it, but the results I got were irrelevant to my question.
Anyways... to reset the ECU on an '02 Accord SE Coupe, do I just disconnect the battery for a certain amount of time? or is there more to it (like pushing some buttons, or pressing the breaks, etc...)??

Thanks!
