Hi,
I have an '94 Accord LX automatic (F22B2 engine). I recently acquired an ECU that came from a '94 Accord manual (F22B2 engine). If I ever need to, with this ECU work with my car? I know the auto has a TCU so was not sure if the ECU's were generic.

I believe that there is a different PCM for the automatic and manual transmissions. The TCM will controll the transmission, but i think that the PCM will need an imput from the TCM to make engine changes as the transmission shifts. I could be wrong.
