EGR Port cleaning

I have a 2000 Accord with the VTEC 4 cylinder engine. I have a P0401 code. I had the egr system cleaned by a dealer at about 155,000 miles. It has 185,000 now and the code returned. Does anyone have the procedure to clean the egr ports? I assume that is the problem again.
