Default Electrical Issue on 2002 Honda Accord EX

What does it mean when the charging system indicator, parking brake and brake system indicator, and door and brake lamp monitor are all lit together on my 2002 Honda Accord EX? Replaced the battery after the car died while driving. Alternator checked out ok. Appreciate any help.

A charging light in my experience points towards the alternator or the wiring.

Was the alternator tested on or off of the car? Did you inspect the wiring from the alternator to the battery?

Check the fuses. I think there is one for the alternator.

Thanks! The alternator was tested on the car. Not sure if the wiring was inspected. Will check. I think the tech jumped to the "dead battery" conclusion. I was surprised to hear the alternator checked out ok. Thought for sure when the car died while running the alternator was shot.
