electrical problem

Question electrical problem
I have a 1991 honda accord, and have not had any problems, but the other day my car caught on fire and now when i start my car then turn on my headlights my car dies. help

  1. Where was the location of the fire (in the engine compartment or inside the car; which specific area)?
  2. After the car dies, can it be restarted without problem?
  3. Without starting the car, does the headlights work?
