electrical problem

Default electrical problem
Hello I'm trying to trouble shoot a electrical problem 2004 v6 sedan. The climate control has no power to any switches, underhood fuse #2 30amp is not receiving voltage, wire diagram indicate #2 fuse connect to relay control module, how do I trouble shoot relay control module.
