Default engine change.

I am replacing the engine for my accord due to no compresion and a bent valve.
The engine code on the block is F22A1.
The engine i got from the recycle yard is a code F22A6.
I notice that the exhaust and intake manifolds have some differences.
My questions are will this engine work in this 90 accord LX,
My thought now is to use this engine short block and reinstall my old manifolds and distributor, MAS, and other pieces missing on the intake manifold of the replacement engine..
The manifold on the A6 has what looks like a seperate buterfly in the intake that is connected to a vacuum actuator.
So is my idea of using this engine as a short block sound and using the manifolds from my original engine sound?
thanks
