Default Engine goes off often

Hi,
My Honda accord sedan 2005, V4 LX, automatic gear, american spec has a problem. The engine goes off often specially when the wethear is cold or it is rainning. the engine is running and suddently it goes off, sometime it happen when am trying to reverse (Notice it with or without A/C). I did an ODB check several time and the only DTC is Oxygen Sensor wich I oder for. Notice that the issue where there before the check engine light come on. Some time in the morning when I want to warm the car, the RPM will raise up (As normal starting) then will come down and will raise again before coming in the normal way. These remarks are mostly in a cold weather. I don't know why the behaviours but it was not like that untill a year ago. Have changed the spark plugs (iridium), the air filter, the fuel pump even the timing belt. Am under 41,000 miles and I use to service it every 3 or 4k miles. Am very desapointed and am thinking to sell it if there is no solution for it.
Please Help!!!!!!

OK, does it sputter and die or just die like you turned the key off?

no, It doesn't sttuper at all. It goes off like you turn the key off. It is lil' bit like you are driving a manual car and you want to move car on gear 4 or 5.
It is more often when am in a slow motion like hold-up and when am at a junction and suddently "OFF" or when am reversing to park.
Thanks.

Don't sell it, this is not the end of the world. But sometimes without test equipment, these problems can be tough. The dealership ($$$) has diagnostic equipment, often it is a $15.00 part, but $300 to find it. Let us know how things work out. Wish I had more for you.
