Default Engine hesitates when accelerating

Hello,
I have a 2004 Honda Accord LX. 114,333 miles. It has been great up until 1 day ago.
When I tried to start the car on Monday, it acted as if the battery was very low, turning the engine over slowly. It tried to fire a few times but just couldn't catch. I pulled my other Honda up next to it and started to hook up the jumper cables.

The other car was running, the dead car had the keys removed, and as I attempted to connect the last jumper cable I saw many large sparks. I pulled back real quick. I work with electricity and immediately thought that was a way to big spark for normal. Must be a short. Put the jumper cables away.

Got back in the car, turned the ignition on. Tested the power windows and they acted like a full battery. Radio worked too. At this time I noticed the "Malfunction Indicator" was on steady. Tried one more time to start and same thing. Had to get to work so I left it and took other car.

Today, one day later in late afternoon I tried again and it at first sounded like it was not going to but then started right up and ran fine. The "Malfunction Indicator" was still on. So I went on a small test drive about 6 miles round trip. If I accelerated slowly it ran fine. If I accelerated normal or fast, then the engine would run rough or hesitate. As soon as I let up on the gas it would smooth out.

Took it to Advance Auto for their diagnostic tests. This is what I got. I will type it just the way it was spaced on the screen:

1 of 3
61-1 * ABS
Battery Voltage Malfunction
CURRENT

P2646 * ENG
A RckrArmActCtl
Perf / Stk Off B1
VVT W/Sgl Oil Prs
CURRENT

P2646 *MOD *$09
A Rocker Arm
Actuator Control
System Performance
/ Stuck Off *(Bank 1)

Hope I gave you all enough info. If you need more, just ask.
Thank you

The P2646 has to deal with too low of voltage from the vtec pressure switch. First, check you oil level.

Forgot to include that. Oil level is at the full mark.

Thanks
