93 Accord 2.2 auto. The engine is stumbling/hesitating when you rev it up. I can see the EGR valve opening slightly, the problem goes away when you disconnect the vacuum hose.
Bad solenoid? weak EGR valve? Any suggestions?

Did you clean the EGR ports? You should also inspect the vacuum hoses going betwen the egr valve, the solenoid, and the vacuum control valve?

If you are there, might as well pull the valve and clean it to be sure.

 

2 passages totally blocked, cleaning worked, hesitation gone.
